Chris Hormuth, DDS
“I pride myself in making my patients feel comfortable, while providing quality dental care. I strive to do what’s best for my patients, and work with them to make the most appropriate treatment decisions possible.”
Dr. Hormuth is a native Minnesotan and has lived in the northwest metro for over ten years. He received both his B.S. degree in Kinesiology and D.D.S. degree from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Hormuth has held memberships in the American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, Minneapolis District Dental Society, Academy for Sports Dentistry, National Athletic Trainers Association and Minnesota Athletic Trainers Association. Dr. Hormuth enjoys staying up to date on the latest topics and techniques in dentistry, and regularly exceeds requirements for continuing education. Dr. Hormuth also volunteers his time at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry by facilitating small group discussions as part of the school’s ethics curriculum.
When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Hormuth enjoys many outdoor activities, photography, traveling, and completing projects around the house. He and his wife Amy live in Dayton with their golden retriever Norm.
